Our clinic is in the St. Mary the Virgin Anglican School in Belize City.
The Clinic has gone through several upgrades since 1993.
We first borrowed portable dental equipment from Baptist Missionaries in Belmopan, about forty miles away. Then we shipped used, donated equipment from Georgia. With no air conditioning and tropical humidity we discovered that chairs “froze”, water lines clogged and varmints ate the air lines. Old delivery systems broke down. The most important member of the team was the “MacGyver” repairperson!

In 2006 with the help of the Rotary Clubs of Savannah, Ga., Blowing Rock, NC, and Belize City, and the Stewart Huston Trust, we have a modern, state-of-the-art, seven chair clinic.
Local craftsmen made custom-made cabinets. Plumbing and wiring were done with local merchants and workmen when possible. Paint and furnishings were also from local sources.
